Rigorous Security Certifications
We understand that it is imperative that rigorous security measures be in place to ensure the conservation, protection and security of the documents of our clients. To accomplish this, Trigonix has established a high level of security for its premises, its employees, and its computer systems to ensure there will be no problems with documents that are entrusted to us.
These security measures are based on recognized certifications that are periodically audited. These security measures go beyond what is actually required by our clients and all our projects are subject to these measures even when they are not required.
Trigonix has received security certificates from the following government offices :
- Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (certificate no 3408)
Trigonix is registered under the Industrial Security Program (ISP). This program certifies the security of buildings, office space and employees. It grants us the right to process sensitive Government information at Security level Protected B.
- Controlled Goods Directorate (certificate no 010832)
Trigonix is registered with the Controlled Goods Registration Program (CGRP). It gives us the right to examine, possess or transfer controlled goods pursuant to the Defence Production Act and Controlled Goods Regulations (e.g. unclassified military drawings) (ITAR).
- Joint Certification Program (Canada / USA)
Trigonix is registered with the Joint Certification Program. This certification establishes the eligibility of Trigonix to receive technical data governed in the U.S. by DoD Directive 5230.25 and in Canada by Technical Data Control Regulations (TDCR). Our certification is required for U.S. or Canadian contractors needing access to unclassified technical data containing critical military technology with military or space application that is under the control of, or in the possession of the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) or the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND).
Trigonix frequently scans documents coming from governments, financial institutions, police departments, and military contractors. The rules for the security and confidentiality of these documents are rigorously followed and regularly verified.
